Using Marble Dashboard
These terms cover Marble Dashboard for ChatGPT and its related dashboard services, provided by Marble (“Marble,” “we,” “us”). By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Marble helps you create, save, view and update widgets using public sources and accounts you choose to connect. Marble is an independent service and is not part of OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Your account and connected services
You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your Marble account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Only connect accounts and access data you are entitled to use. You can disconnect a service or remove Marble from ChatGPT at any time.
Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Their availability, data and access permissions can change independently of Marble.
Your content and permissions
You keep any rights you have in the instructions, data and other content you provide. You give Marble permission to process, store and display that content as needed to provide the services you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Public source material and connected-account data may belong to third parties. Using Marble does not give you ownership of that material or permission to use it beyond the rights you already have. See our Privacy Policy for how Marble handles data and deletion requests.
Acceptable use
- Use Marble lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
- Do not try to access another person’s account or data without permission.
- Do not bypass security controls, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use Marble to distribute unlawful content or violate the terms of a connected service.
Widget results and AI output
Widget results may contain AI-generated content or information supplied by third parties. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check the source and verify information before relying on it. Marble is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.
A saved widget may show previously retrieved information. Check its update time and request a refresh when you need current information.
Paid features
Some Marble features may require a paid plan or available usage allowance. The applicable price, usage limits and payment terms are shown before you purchase a paid plan. Creating or using a widget does not itself authorize a new purchase. Any separate charges for ChatGPT or a connected service are governed by that provider’s terms.
For billing or cancellation help, contact support@withmarble.ai. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Availability and ending use
We may update the service, and some features may be interrupted or unavailable. We may restrict access when necessary to address security risks, unlawful use or violations of these terms. You can stop using Marble at any time.
Removing the plugin from ChatGPT stops further plugin requests; it is separate from requesting deletion of your stored Marble data. To request deletion or a copy of your data, follow the Privacy Policy.
Your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will be accurate or that access will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
